1. All products available on the DRAZZE website are shipped directly from our suppliers located in other countries to the customer's home via Brazilian Postal Service.
2. When purchasing a product from our store, please be aware that DRAZZE cannot expedite the delivery of your order. Because this is an import, we cannot promise to provide an exact delivery date. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 business days after shipment. If delays occur due to the slowness of the bureaucratic process and inspections by Brazilian Customs, the order must be delivered within a maximum of 45 business days.
3. The delivery time for your order is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strikes, and other force majeure circumstances.
4. If the customer fails to track the shipment and the product is lost due to unpaid customs fees, they will be required to pay for a new shipment (shipping) or discard the product.
5. Shipping time is up to 4 business days after purchase confirmation, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
