1. Exchange

If the product arrives defective, we will pay for the return shipping and all shipping costs of the correct product to the customer. In this case, please contact us explaining the issue and sending us detailed photos of the product, shipping labels, and product tags (the more details, the better), so we can analyze the situation.

1.1 We accept exchanges under other circumstances, such as size or dissatisfaction with the model.

1.1.1 Under no circumstances should you remove the label from the sneaker, as we do not exchange items once the label has been broken. This is your warranty.

1.1.2 Exchanges will only be permitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Returns/Refunds

If you have received the product and wish to return it: You can return it within 7 days of receipt, in which case all costs, including shipping, are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed through the payment platform or by bank transfer, as appropriate for each situation.

The product must be returned in the same packaging it was received in (cardboard box, protective plastic) or in another packaging that DOES NOT DAMAGE OR ERASE THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX.
