1. Exchange

If the product arrives defective, we will pay for the return shipping and all shipping costs for the correct product to the customer. In this case, please contact us explaining the issue and sending us detailed photos of the product, shipping labels, and product tags (the more details, the better), so we can analyze the situation.

We do not exchange merchandise due to incorrect size selection. Exchanges are only accepted in cases of store error.

Therefore, please pay attention to the sizes listed on the product page.

1.1.1 Under no circumstances should you remove the label from the sneaker, as we do not accept exchanges once the label has been broken. This is your warranty.

1.1.2 Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Returns/Refunds

If you have received the product and wish to return it: You can return it within 7 days of receipt, and all costs, including shipping, are covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed through the payment platform or by bank transfer, as appropriate.

Under no circumstances should you remove the label from the sneaker. It is your warranty. If the label is broken, your right to a refund is lost.

The product must be returned in the same packaging it was received in (cardboard box, protective plastic) or in another packaging that DOES NOT DAMAGE OR ERASE THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX.

2. Fees paid for installment payments are not refunded by the payment provider.
